1. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, policy abuse, or unauthorized activity.

2. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on eligible orders as stated on the product page.

Processing times typically range from 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Shopulia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes proof of delivery for dispute and chargeback purposes.

3. Returns (Authorization Required)

All returns must be requested and approved in advance.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returned items must:

Be in original condition

Include original packaging

Show no signs of use, damage, or alteration

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shopulia does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Shopulia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit for returns.

4. Return Process

If your return request is approved, you will receive:

Photos or documentation may be requested, but a physical return of the item is required to complete the return process.

Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

At this time, Shopulia does not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may return an item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first completing our return and refund process may result in the dispute being formally challenged with the payment provider using all available documentation, including:

Order confirmation

Proof of delivery

Policy acceptance

Email correspondence

Return instructions provided

Unauthorized or premature chargebacks may delay resolution and refund processing.

8. Authenticity & Product Representation

Shopulia makes every effort to accurately represent all products, including materials, specifications, and descriptions. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to lighting or display differences.

Concerns regarding authenticity or product condition must be submitted through our official support channel prior to initiating a return or dispute.

Shopulia reserves the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds in cases of suspected policy abuse, excessive returns, false claims, or fraudulent activity.
