RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please get in touch with us at support@shopulia.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to obtain what you want is to return the item you have. After the return is processed, you can separately purchase the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
